1982 :Our business started as a Sub-contractor for ADI Electronics Inc in New York for Electronic Security Products assembly and an importer of Electronic components from Taiwan has been serving the North American market .
1985
We entered the Educational Industry and business in North America market under the direction of Mr. Herbert Friedlander, MPC's founder. We worked together to develop and manufacture MPC's headsets, jack boxes and shoe box style tape recorders. In addition, we also provided sourcing services in Far East for various MPC products. Both of us benefit from Educational business.
Keep improving, we have established our famous NIMAX brand in North American Educational markets and also been authorized by well-known company abroad to produce a variety of Educational headphones and relevant electronic products for our clients. Due to exclusive listing, some of our qualified headphones and relevant Education products are not laid out here.
1993
we transferred our production lines from Taiwan to Hangzhou in China.
2000
Based on our cooperation with local University research ability and Testing facility and NIMAX more then 20 years production experience for Educational Headphone, we also cooperate with our customers to introduce advanced theories and technologies of Hearing Protection Electronic circuit to make our new Electronic Hearing Protector series products in China.

Now we have 16 kinds of patents certificates for our products, to insure our lead station in the files of Electronic Hearing Protector.

Our factory, Nimax (Fuyang) Industrial Corporation, is located at a village about 30 miles south of the Hangzhou city surrounded by rolling hills.
Our production area is about 5,000 square meters. We employ approximately 300 workers, including around 50 Engineering/Technical and Quality control positions.
Our most significant advantage is that our factory never has problems with electric power shutdowns. This is due to we are supplied by a local hydro-electric power plant by the Qiantang River. This further enhances our ability to guarantee shipping schedules.
Our another advantage is our employers all come from local, they are almost neighbourhood and work in our factory for many years even more than 20 years, and we take care of them as our relatives with good pay and benefits, so the personnel turnover is very slight to gurantee the steady of our product quality and prodcution.
