David Zatuchni graduated from Northwestern University School of Law in 1995. Since that time, he has exclusively practiced in the field of employment law.

For many years, Mr. Zatuchni represented large corporations in all types of employment discrimination lawsuits and labor law matters. In 2000, he founded Zatuchni & Associates with the single purpose of providing employees the best possible representation in their legal battles against the same big companies that Mr. Zatuchni once defended. It is Mr. Zatuchni’s strong belief, and the guiding principle of his firm, that high-quality legal services should not be the exclusive province of corporate employers. Rather, he believes that employees across all fields and incomes deserve the same excellent, “big-firm” representation afforded to top-level management.

Mr. Zatuchni has represented countless clients in both state and federal courts in New Jersey. He has obtained numerous successful jury verdicts, including a $3.2 million whistleblower claim New Jersey, representing one of the state’s largest whistleblower awards.
