7 sets of 8m3 vacuum nitriding furnace and the aisan biggest one set of 4M3 2200C Autocontrol high temperature vacuum nitriding furnace, we also have 8 sets of Shuttle Kiln with specifications of 1 M3,6 M3,12 M3 and 18 M3.
Silicon nitride ceramic powder widely applied in high technical structural ceramic, wear-resistant materials and refractory materials fields. Meanwhile, the working life of our silicon nitride riser tube is 5-20 times longer than traditional one. It reduced the operating cost of low pressure casting remarkably and widely applied in aluminium, petrochemical, ceramics and electronics industries.
The aluminum titanate ceramic has higher melting point, lower thermal expansion coefficient and excellent heat-shock resistance. Besides, the aluminum titanate is no wetting by molten metal and glass. Riser tube (also called as dosing tube or stalk tube) and sprue bushing can widely used in hard conditions of resisting high temperature, heat shock and corrosion.
The series of alumina ceramic tubes, including 20-760mm straight pipes, elbows, tees, cone-shaped tubes and special pieces, are widely used as wear-resistant linings in the system and mechanical equipments of coal transportation, material handling, milling, ash discharging and dedusting for coal-fired power plant, steel, cement, metallurgy, coal, mine and chemical industry.
The working life and erosion resistance of aluminium silicate composite products are much longer than imported materials. It effectively protected the erosion of molten aluminium to equipments, thus to ensure the quality of aluminium sheets and bars.
