Shanghai Dahao Nanomaterials & Thermal Spray Co., Ltd. (former Shanghai Thermal Spray Machinery Plant) was developed from Ruifa Spray & Electric Welding Machine Plant, an early professional thermal spray enterprise established in 1949 by Wu Jianchun, a senior engineer and thermal spray expert in early China. With half a century passed, we have opened the first page of Chinese thermal spray industry.
After over fifty years' development, our enterprise has accomplished significant progress in research on thermal spray equipment, and development and application of thermal spray material and process. Furthermore, we contribute to the promotion and application of thermal spray technologies in related industries in China and education of thermal spray professionals for our country. Now Ruifa Spray has become a famous brand in thermal spray industry in our country.
At present, our company has developed nine series and more than thirty kinds of spray equipment, such as flame wire spray equipment, flame powder spray equipment, plasma spray equipment, ultrasonic spray equipment, metal spray machine, ceramic rod spray equipment, plastic spray equipment, auxiliary equipment and other thermal spray equipment. Our company can spray stainless steel, aluminum, zinc, copper, molybdenum and nickel alloy wire, nickel base, cobalt base, iron base and copper base alloy powder and alumina and tungsten carbide compound powder according to customers' requirements. Furthermore, based on our advanced technical process, requirements for wear-resistance, corrosion-resistance, high temperature-resistance, oxidation resistance and thermal shock resistance of workpiece have been satisfied. Various coatings prepared by thermal spray have been successfully applied in different industries area.
During past years, we have sprayed more than 50 thousand shafts in different types, thousands of stainless steel drying cylinders for printing industries throughout China, more than 10 thousand different printing rollers and dyeing rollers, and thousands of various molybdenum rollers. Besides, based on our advanced thermal spray technologies, our company has carried out many great anticorrosion projects, such as the Oriental Pearl Tower, Yangpu Bridge, Wusong Bridge-Gate, 500,000KW power station and iron tower across river (located in Jiangyin to receive electricity delivered from the west Yangtze river gorges area) and made great contributions to the society.
In order to adapt to the rapid development of industry and research, and actively take part in international competition, we have joined in Shanghai Dahao Enterprise Group and organized Shanghai Dahao Nanomaterials & Thermal Spray Co., Ltd., making our company higher, stronger and larger. Shanghai Dahao Nanomaterials & Thermal Spray Co., Ltd. invested 30,000,000RMB in the first phase, and established 8000sqm workshop and 4500sqm comprehensive building, and imported American Thermal spray technologies and international leading spray equipment (METCO 9M plasma spray equipment, METCO DJ2700 ultrasonic flame spray equipment, explosion spray equipment from Ukraine). Our company continuously improves product performances and dedicates to develop nonstandard spray equipment and various coating preparation to meet special requirements of our customers.
