Our company has the registered capital of 10.18 million RMB, 608 employees, 146 management personnel and technicians, 30 professional managers and 35 higher technicians.
We have invested more than 60 million RMB in introducing the most advanced automatic production lines, and building two automatic tunnel kiln lines and one automatic kiln lines. The capacity of production has reached 210,000MT every year. The Scientific Research Center which occupies a floor area of 1300 square meters, has one special physical lab, one chemistry lab, one testing lab, and one research lab. The appointed detecting equipment made in the national designated factory equipped this lab. This Center has had great ability in testing and research after improvement in these years.
The ceramic proppant has passed the authentications from STIM-Lab, FracTech Lab and other oil fields. Its properties have reached the standards of SY/T5108-2007, API RP56/60 and ISO13503-2/3. Our company has built a perfect quality certification system and quality monitoring framework according to the standard of ISO9001:2008 and API Q1, has passed the checking of Chinese Petroleum Materials Equipment Ministry, and has gained the license of material-supplying in Petro China, and the admittance in the oil fields of Qinghai, Zhongyuan and Jilin.
