TYPE OF REGULATORS

1. GS 600 (It is a water based additive used to reduce the viscosity of GS series only) GS 600 Regulator is used to reduce the viscosity in GS series of products by adding (1 to 3 %).

4. PV 095(recommended for PV and NP series)


TYPE OF CROSS LINKERS AND THEIR PURPOSES
1. SP 201 ( recommended for SP 237, washing and rubbing fastness)
2. SP 203 ( recommended for SP 235, SP 245, PY 329, PY 349, good for washing and rubbing fastness)
3. SP 204 ( recommended for SP and GS series, except SP 235, SP 237 SP 245, PY 329, and PY 349. good for washing and rubbing fastness)
4. FC 9005 (recommended for FC series, prevent hairy effect, gives anti foil effect for the prints made by FC 9010 printing paste)
5. PY 375 (recommended for anti foil purposes, prevents the mixing of SP 217 and SP 240 to each other)
6. PF 721 (recommended for all PF & NP series , washing and rubbing fastness


TYPE OF THICKENERS
1. PY 373 ( thickens the printing pastes)
2. PF 720 (thicken the PF and NP series.


SCREEN MESHES
You can print your designs between 77 to 120 meshes in GS series. For SP and FC on 33 to 66 meshes.


CURING
FC series in water based, needs to have lower temperature for curing. 120 to 140 C is enough for this application. The other GS and SP need to have 150 to 160 C. and FC can be printed in polyester fabrics too.


FABRIC APPLICATION
It can be applied all types of fabric bases, light base, and dark base,
