Puyang Willing Chemicals Co., Ltd. was established in 1998 and is located in China's Dragon Town - Puyang City, with strong points of energy, raw materials and human resources. We are a joint-stock company with 460 employees, 62 technicians, 3 chemicals masters and 1 MBA.

With our concept of "Sincerity, Honesty and Justice", we have been one of the most important Chinese producers of rubber chemicals.

We are focusing on rubber chemicals' researching, production and marketing and their technology improvements. We can produce more than 40 sorts of rubber chemicals with an annual production ability of 20000MT. We become the biggest Chinese rubber chemical manufacturer with richest chooses for all customers.

Our lustration production technology comes from Ouchishinko Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd. (Japan). Distinguished from other Chinese producers, our new know-how can guarantee our products at top quality and protection to environment at the same time.

In 2002, we attained ISO9001 Certification. In 2007, we attained GB/T24001-2004/ISO14001:2004 and GB/T 28001-2001 Certifications. Our company has independent import and export rights. More than 80 percent of our products are exported to America, Europe, Japan, Korea and Thailand.

We built a joint venture of Puyang Willing Ouchi Chemical Co., Ltd. in August of 2003 with Ouchishinko Chemical Industrial Co., Ltd. (Japan). Puyang Willing Ouchi Chemical Co., Ltd. focuses on the production of high quality MBT, MBTS, CBS, TBBS and NOBS in granules. The first investment is USD5 Million.

In May of 2007, we established Puyang Willing New Materials Technical Co., Ltd. In this plant, we will focus on developing new materials, including masterbatches and rubber chemicals.
