Our company is a modern manufacturing enterprise that integrates the research and development, design, manufacture, sale and service of various vacuum thermoforming products, acrylic products, display products, etc.
Our company has a 2000-square-meter workshop. We provide one-stop service including mould design and manufacture, production and process, in order to shorten development and production lead time. We have 5 departments, including Mould Engineering Department, Vacuum Forming Department, Acrylic Product Department, Silkscreen Printing Department and Spraying and Painting Department.
Our company has accumulated abundant technical experience. We have skillful technicians and are equipped with 5 sets of large-scale vacuum forming machines, 2 sets of High-speed vacuum moulding machines, CNC engraving machines, laser welding machines and 20 sets of post-processing machines. The maximum size of products is 3000x2000x800mm and the thickness ranges from 0.12mm to 12mm.
Our company uses imported high-quality materials, such as ABS, HIPS, PS, PP, PE, HDPE, ABS/PMMA, ABS/PVC, PETG, PMMA, PET, PVC, etc. Gold, silver, red and green colors are available. Our products have fire-retardant and Anti-UV features. We offer high glossing, texturing and frosting services. We have transparent PS sheets and PMMA sheets and the thickness ranges from 1mm to 100mm.
