Founded in 1968, we are the largest metals recycler Sea of Japan side located in Toyama. TOYOTOMI Group operates 4 primary different business by 4 subsidiary companies.
Firstly a traditional metals recycling business operated by MITSUTOYO Industry. We buy ferrous metal from metal dealers, peddlers, auto wreckers, demolition firms and others who generate obsolete metal and from manufacturers who generate industrial metal. We processe ferrous metal for resale through a variety
of methodes, including sorting, shredding, cutting or breaking. After processing, ferrous recycled metal is sold to end users such as electric furnace mills, integreated steel mills, foundries and brokers, sometimes export to Korea.
Secondary long-established automotive car parts dealer operated by NIPPON AUTO RECYCLE. Since NIPPON AUTO has dismantled monthly 2-3,000 units of car, the quantity and the kinds of used car parts are top level in Japan.We are now seeking for new overseas customers for used automotive parts.
Thirdly TOYOTOMI SANGYO is a producer of secondary aluminium ingot for die-casitung. By limiting materials centering on an local automobile scrap engine, the quality of aluminum alloy was stabilized and maintained high reliability. The quantity of production of aluminum alloy which uses engine scrap as materials is about roughly 1000 MT per month, that is second ranke in Japan. From the reliability of quality, our aluminum is directly supplied to the die-casting factory of Japnese automakers.
From the influence of a strong yen, a decrease in the birthrate of Japan, a young man's movement away from cars, and an East Japan great earthquake last year, etc., the number of automobile disused cars were expected that a downward tendency continues. We have got overseas procurement of the engine scrap of materials into stride from now on also.
Lastly 4th, NIPPON RECYCLE purchased about 150,000m2 of unused site of the Nippon Paper Group Fushiki factory in Autumn 2010, which is close to an international trade Takaoka Fushiki port. This modernized plant is under onstruction and scheduled to start up this Autumn.Now, we are proceeding raw materials broadly from in and outside the country as follows:
-automotive parts scrap alternator, starter and compressor etc.
-industrial motor scrap, scrap harness
-aluminium scrap:white engine with/without gearbox,Taint & Tabor, Tense etc.
As a company which contributes to global environment protection, ISO 14001 acquisition was tackled, and authorization was received in 2000. For establishment of the modernistic recycling technique, our Chairman performs development of the multiple-purpose heavy machine for automobile demolition, and a demolition process, and acquires the patent of about 50 affairs. On top level of our automobile demolition line in the world, we have received industrial visitors from all over the world, including the environmental secretariat of United Nations. Furthermore, it is used as a factory tour course of the schoolchild in the city, who studies an environmental problem.
Domestic & Export/Import:
TOYOTOMI is a long-established car parts dealer located in Toyama, Japan. We have been exporting container-load of used car parts since 1987 to all over the world i.e. Russia, Newzealand, Jordan, Mlaysia, Dominican, Chile and etc. Now total annual export sales volume is US$4-5MIL.
