Main applications For Fittings for OPGW and ADSS
1. Characteristics
Screw is the main characteristic of hardware applications for OPGW and ADSS. The structural reinforcing rods and dead end have large holding area, the stress are well-proportioned. The whole unit is gently, so the vibration can be minimized, and the optical fiber cable can be protected very well. Easily applied on installation, and no specific tolls required for installation.
2. Suspension for OPGW and ADSS
It applies on the pole where line angle no exceeding than 25°for OPGW and ADSS. The unit does use a combination of structural reinforcing rods, outer rods, housing and resilient cable inserts to reduce compression clamping and bending stress on the cable and glass fibers. Negative effects of wind induced cable motions such as aeolian vibration, galloping and wind sway are also minimized. Its holding strength is 10%-20% of the cable’s UTS.
