Established in 1996, Chongqing Landai Industry Co., Ltd. is a specialized manufacturer of transmission gear boxes designed for cars and pick-up trucks. Located in Chongqing City of China, our company covers a total area of 75,000 square meters and 45,000 of them being occupied by factory. Today, Landai has an annual production capacity of 400 thousand sets of CKD parts and 200 thousand sets of gear boxes in CBU. After 12 years' development, Landai has now become one of the leading gear box suppliers in China.
At the moment, our company has more than 1,400 employees. Our business motto is "Nothing is more important than product quality". To achieve the quality control target, we have set up close cooperation with a Korean company which has rich engineering and quality control experience in auto part industry. In addition, we have employed a QS certified expert at a long-term base to help Landai to improve process and quality control system.
In order to guarantee the quality of our products, we have used the best machines from at home and abroad, including high-precision CNC gear-cutting machines, CNC turning machines, CNC grinding machines, Italian shaving cutter grinding machines and fully-automatic gear grinding machines, German gear measuring machines and one metal spectrometer, Japanese spline rolling machines, hobbing cutter re-sharpeners, form tracers, and roundness testers, and Taiwanese hob re-sharpeners. Totally, we have more than 800 machines in all types, 2 heat treatment production lines, 2 gearbox assembly lines, 3 pressure die casting lines and 25 sets of vertical machining centers for the machining of gearbox housings.
With an annual turnover of USD75 million, Landai is quickly increasing market share in the same industry. We are now supplying our products to quite a few well-known Chinese companies, such as Geely Motors, Chery Motors, Changan Motors, Lifan Motors and Dongfeng Motors. Besides our local market, we also export a lot of products to Korea, India and the Middle East.
