(2) Gear elements of reducers adopt a special 25 degree pressure angle tooth form. Because of thick root, the elements can bear more loads and more impact.

(3) After the gear elements of reducer are treated through permeated carbon, tooth surface is polished through top precision gear grinder so as to increase engagement of teeth surface, reduce noise, raise working efficiency, and prolong gear reducer life.
