Our winder power tower of flanges take standard of Q/140921AYDZ001-2007, size from D2200mm to D5000mm, we purchase all the materials from the major steel complexes in Baotou, Taiyuan, Wuhan and Anshan, covering round bar steel of D70-D210, square billet of 902-3502, 390*650, 10 tons steel ingot of 800*900, plate blank of 1800*8000*250. futuremore, we high technologies of forging, especially for welding neck, between 2 inches and 24 inches, systematic from cutting to machining, with low costs, so either their pricesor quality are very competitive.
Our factory occupies a place of 9000 square meters, a capital of 30 million Yuan. It has 300 active workers, including 40 technicians and 15 inspection people, we take advanced producing technologies of cold cutting, forging, looping mill rolling, and produce flanges and forgings with stable quality and high efficiency. And we have imported spectrum inspection instrument, physical and chemical testing instruments, and defect defector.

Before putting the production of goods into practice, we would analysis the chemicals of material again after testing in the steel factory, if passed, begin to cutting them into forging billets, then heating the billets, and forging them into semi-finished products, then making ultrasonic non-destructive testing, if passed, go on machining and drilling, then testing, if passed, go on marking, packing, finally exporting the finished products, all of our products have been mainly exporting to Europea, America, Canada, Middle-East, Japan, Korea, Southeast Asia and so on.
