Founded in 1998, Qingdao Eastone tyres specializes in designing, manufacturing and exporting all kinds of tires. Our factory is located in Shandong Province which is a tyre production base of China, Nowadays the group has more than 2000 employees and over 250 engineering technicians, the facilities covering an area of 320,600 square meters with total capital of RMB1.60 billion yuan.
Currently Eastone tires offers an annual production capacity of 1.8 million sets of all steel heavy radial truck and bus tyres and as well as 0.1 million sets of OTR Tyres, one million sets of bias, agricultural, and light truck tyres, one million pieces steel wheels, ten million pieces of inner tubes and tyre flaps.
Our equipment imported from Germany, the US, and Italy, and Our natural rubber comes from Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. The technical index of products has reached international standards, such as, the US Department of Transportation(DOT) and the Economic Committee of Europe(ECE), the certification of ISO9000 Quality Management System ,ISO14000 environment system China Compulsory Product(CCC)and INMETRO of Brazil.
