Chongqing Huayi Motorcycle Parts Manufacture Co., Ltd., located in Jinglong Industrial Zone in Hangu Town, the west downtown area of Chongqing, is a private enterprise established in Oct. 1998, covering an area of 19,000 square meters with building area of 11,000 square meters. At the beginning of our business we are mainly engaged in producing all types of motorcycle frames for many large and middle-large motorcycle manufacturers and some types are out of supplying. At the end of 2001, our annual production value increased to 35 million RMB, and we have gained a high reputation in motorcycle parts manufacturing field. In 2002, adjusting our development direction and running goal, we started to develop auto part assemblies and gained achievement in the same year as a supplier for Hongyan Motor Co., Ltd. So far, apart from motorcycle parts, we have developed many auto part assemblies for heavy vehicles and mini autos. Our main customers are Hongyan Motor Co., Ltd., Chongqing Branch, Changan Group Co., Ltd., Dongfeng Yuan Co., Ltd., Sanyi Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., Qijiang Gear Transmission Co., Ltd. and Dongfeng Motor Corporation.
We have complete and consummate machining equipment, including large and middle hydraulic pressure dragging machine with 315T, 250T, and 100T, whole set mechanic machining, NC, and electronic spark equipment, and 70 CO2 protection welders domestically made and imported. With a team of experienced designing and developing experts, managing talents, and skilled workers, with advanced producing equipment, high-level art design skill, and consummate testing means, our company has successfully been certified by ISO90001 Quality System and guarantees stable performance, reliable quality, and stronger competitive power.
Our main auto parts are balance suspension parts for heavy vehicles, auto clutch release slave cylinders, master pumps, power take off (PTO) release slave cylinders, mini auto steering brackets, front shaft cores, bumper mounts, and various valves and cylinder blocks. Our clutch release slave cylinders and balance suspension parts, with part core technology and stronger competitive power, occupy the market in great quotient and are mainly exported to Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
