On November, 30th of the same year, our company was conferred the import and export rights by the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation in the document of [2000] Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation and Development Letter No.2963. Our registered capital is RMB20 million. We keep and develop the import and export business and operation of Liaoning Light Industrial Products Import & Export Corporation. Our business covers general trade, processing trade, compensation trade, counter trade and transit trade.

We have a group of 60 talented and qualified staff members. 70% of them are of university degree and above. Our company is composed of the Board of Directors, Finance Department, Manager Office, Steel Department, Marine Product Department and Daily necessities Department.

We are mainly engaged in steel products, aquatic products, minerals and light industrial products. Our annual sales volume of export and import is USD200 million. We are the sole agent of Tianjin Seamless Pipe Corporation in Northeast China. We sell 6000MT per month and 80,000MT annually, in which 40% is for export. The annual export volume is USD40 million. 60% of our products are for domestic market, with annual sales volume of RMB0.34 billion.

In Dalian, we are the leading company in processing trade with imported aquatic products. We have been in this field for more than ten years. Processing trade volume is increased by 10% per year, ranking No.3 in the list of processing trade in the Ministry of Commerce of the People's Republic of China,

We also export light industrial products, like rubber products, sports goods, leisure goods, daily necessities, medical equipment, rain boots and others. We share a big market of rain boots in Japan.
