Introduction of Ningbo Evans Textiles Co., Ltd.

As a Sino-foreign joint venture, Ningbo Evans Textile Co., Ltd., which is located in Qiuai Town of Ningbo City, has a total investment of US $10 million and a registered capital of US $5.33 million.

Our company has a knitting mill, a dyeing mill and a garment plant. The plant building covers a total area of over 100,000 square meters. Our company is specialized in producing all types of knitted garments and Original Equipment, and undertaking various kinds of knitting and dyeing business.

As for equipment, we own Germany made Terrot circular knitting machines, after arrangement equipments, Williams stenter master knit automation lines, Germany made Thies dyeing machines, Hong Kong Fongs high temperature and atmospheric dyeing and drying machines and other first-class dyeing machines. Besides we have characteristic ready-made clothes dyeing equipment, advanced ready-made clothes sewing machines and computer embroidery equipment of Brother, Pegasus and Juki series of Japanese origin.

Our company employs 2,500 people, among whom the number of technical persons accounts for 15%. The capacity of garment FTY is 600,000 pieces per month. The OEM brands that we ever made include ELEMENT, FOX, HURLEY, OAKLEY, and so on. There are around 150 brands in total. Through years of effort, our company has got the certifications from ECOCERT-ORGANIC TEXTILES, ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004, SA8000:2001, WRAP, Oeko-Tex Standard 100, etc. We also own a standard lab certified by ITS.
