Quanzhou Tongda Engineering Machinery Co., Ltd. was founded in 1990 from the original Rongguang Steel Forging and Pressing Factory. Now we mainly engage in the spare parts for construction machines. Quanzhou Tongda Precision Casting Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005, we mainly produce stainless steel spare parts for food machines, stainless steel glass clamps by using investment casting method. The brand is TONDAL.
Jinjiang Fengyuan Umbrella Co., Ltd was founded in 1995 from the original Jinjiang Hengyuan Umbrella Factory. In 2008, we built a new factory, and changed the name into Fengyuan. Now we have more than 400 staffs and we have our owned plastic injection workshop, silk-screen workshop, computerized embroidery workshop, heat transfer workshop. Our umbrella brand is EASTONE. We began to develop eco-friendly shopping bags in 2006 and set up branch in Xiamen city. 2009 We set up a EASTONE Umbrellas store in YIWU Market.
Xiamen Baodeli Trading Co., Ltd registered in Xiamen, Fujian in 2004. And we are an enterprise with solely investment which has a registered fund of RMB 12 million. We mainly do the exporting about the domestic commodities. In March 2005, we participated shares in SUSINO Umbrella Co., Ltd which was listed on the Stock Exchange of Shenzhen(stock code: 002174) in September 2007. Then Baodeli Company became the second largest shareholder of SUSINO Umbrella Co., Ltd.
IDEMAS began to invest in green lighting filed in 2006 and then become a shareholder of City bright lighting company. In 2009, we begin to cooperate with Xiamen C&D Corporation Limited, then have a share in Xiamen Sealite Lighting company. Now we have IDEMAS and Green.Me these 2 Lighting brands.
IDEMAS began to research and develop professional fireproofed racing wear in 2007 and made many breakthroughs. We were certified by SFI on the same year and entered north America markets successfully. In addition, we were also certified by FIA Homonagation in May 2009 which paved the way for entering Europe markets further.
From the year 2005, IDEMAS began to set up sales agency gradually in Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Russia, Ukraine and Pakistan, etc. And we registered in Hong Kong and founded IDEMAS Industries (China) Limited in 2008.
