Beijing Toread Outdoor Products Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 300005, Shenzhen) was founded in 1999. We are a high & new tech enterprise and specialize in the R&D, design, outsourcing and retail of outdoor products. In 2007, TOREAD brand was qualified as the "Well-known Trademark of China" and became the Licensed Manufacturer of Beijing 2008 Olympic Games. In 2010, we established our own R&D Center which has the largest scale and the strongest innovation in Chinese outdoor product industry. Some TOREAD products won the most authoritative industrial design award - "Red Star Award" in China. Our marketing network covers more than 200 large and medium cities around China. We have nearly 800 standard shops at present.

Our company held a series of commonweal activities, such as "Protect Tibet Antelope"', "I Want To Go To School", "Water Cellar For Mother" and so on. In 2008, TOREAD immediately sent two rescue teams to join in the relief of Wenchuan earthquake and donated cash and materials which worth RMB2,600,000. Besides, our company also actively supported China aeronautic career and provided outdoor apparel and gears for the crew working in Shenzhou VII. In 2009, TOREAD became the official supplier of exclusive products of China Antarctic Research Team. The next year, TOREAD launched the annual theme activity named "Looking for TOREAD Expedition Member". On Oct. 9th, 2009, TOREAD made an agreement with CAAA to supply the outdoor gears to China Arctic and Antarctic Research Team exclusively. It indicated that the quality and comprehensive power got high affirmation from China scientific field. On Oct. 30th, TOREAD succeeded in landing ChiNext Board and became the first of 28 ChiNext listed companies, stock code: 300005. On March 20th, the statistics from the Industrial Information Issuing Center of National Bureau of Statistics of China appeared the turnover of TOREAD ranked no. 1 among similar products.
