Located in Shengzhou City, Shengzhou Reaching Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993, originally named Shengzhou Dacheng Textile Co., Ltd. We integrate designing, weaving, and printing and dyeing in a whole and produce all kinds of high and medium grade clothes (especially do well in producing shirts for male and female), neckties, and silk scarves. Our company is near main highways, roads and railways, so our company has easy transportation access. We are ISO9001:2001 certified manufacturer and exporter of down apparel and bedding products, and are also ISO14001:2004 and WIR/CRR-3 certified. We have independent import and export right. We are a member of the China Feather & Down Industrial Association. Reaching KAYO is a recognized brand and trademark in Zhejiang Province.

[Weaving fabrics]
Our factory has many kinds of weaving machines to produce silk and jacquard fabrics with chemical fibers such as 56cm, 67cm, 70cm, 85cm, 105cm, 134cm, 170cm, and 210cm.The fabrics are fit for neckties, high-grade shirts, western-style clothes, jackets, sports clothes, waistcoats, and dresses.

[Printing and dyeing]
Our factory produces neckties and scarves. Our dyeing yarn workshop dyes silk yarn that can be used for weaving into high-grade yarn-dyed neckties, bedding, and woven fabrics.

[Woven fabric finish]
With Italian specialists stay and guide production procedure, our factory can provide softened fabrics, hardened fabrics, brightened fabrics, and thickened fabrics with the feature of waterproofing, spots resisting and crease resisting. Our factory can prescribe and deal with fabrics according to customers' requirements, so the clothes and neckties can be soft and having no creases.

[Producing clothes]
We produce 5 million pieces (sets) down products per year (garments) which are mainly exported to the USA and the EU markets. With good workmanship and efficient manufacturing management, we insure product quality. We also own a large-sized neckties and scarves factory, which makes us one of the largest neckties and scarves manufacturers in China. We produce 10 million pieces of embossed and jacquard silk products every year, with diversified patterns and styles recognized by different consumer groups around the world.
