The Company adopted a new strategy and opened 4retail stores and one wholesale. Efforts are still being made to diffuse such stores both in Turkey and in abroad with Franchising system.
In 2006, preparations began with the vision of advance in all fields and the foundations of its new factory building were laid. This factory began production in 2007. Physical conditions of the factory building have been planned in line with contemporary standards and all machinery groups have been replaced with state of the art models taking into consideration rules of hygiene and ISO 22000 criteria. Accordingly, efforts have begun to promote the Company to the level it deserves and to expand the foreign market.
In order to present the roasted chickpea, the symbol of Corum, to the markets with suitable conditions, ten kinds of roasted chickpea have been exhibited on stands under the name of Gold of Corum. Gulsen has been introduced as a new brand in the packed nuts sector. Our motto in entering this market is quality and reliability. Our aim is to buy naturally grown chickpeas from the producers and to present them to the end consumers in a healthy chain after sifting, calibrating, roasting and packing.
