Injection and Forming Shop
This workshop is totally operated and processed by robot. You will find that there is nobody in the production process, and it enhances the high efficiency and reliable quality of products.
Take the 1800 as one example: it is brought in from the famous brand (Haitian). The software for electric and hydraulic system of this equipment is all imported. While it also use the most advanced servo motor system which make the processability stable and save 30% power supply of this equipment. Coordinated with the highly sophisticated manipulator which totally replaces the operating of people, making the processing efficiency high and performance stable. Our factory is the only one who has this large CNC equipment among the area of pet cages manufacturing.
Welding Shop:
All of the equipments are from the best brand (Song Xing) of our country. The quality of welding efficiency is high and the quality is wonderful, especially for the large automatic Long Men welder which has just brought in. The advantages of the welder: operating the equipment by only one person, welding large or heterogenic net automatically, saving input time of the data a lot by the design of touch screen, and enhancing about 400% of efficiency for welding. Moreover, the quality of the products which produced by common equipment can not match to our standard.

Painting workshop
It is in line production, and each step is totally controlled by the strict craft time. It really reach the processing way of no omitting and incomplete, which guarantee the quality and delivery time. The production capacity daily by this line can reach to 3000 pieces of cages, and this situation cannot be made by other pet cages manufacturer.

The production capacity of our full set of production chain can reach to the quantity of two 40HQ.
