Our company covers 10,000 square meters in area, and has 120 employees, among which there are 28 senior technicians. We are a professional high and new technology enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of compound insulation core rods, the silicon rubber compound insulators, BMC (DMC) new compound materials and pressing products.
We introduced the overseas vanguard technology, and produces the BMC (DMC) thermosetting mold plastic 8000 tons per year. Our products are mainly used in plastic seal motor, automobile fitting, industrial electric appliance, domestic electric appliances fitting and other domains. Moreover, our company also has 20 sets of compression molding presses, and produces 1000 tons of BMC (DMC), SMC pressing products per year. The epoxy glass fiber reinforced stick that we independently developed is not only sold to some big factories of compound insulator all over China, but also sold to distant markets such as Europe and America, Middle East, Southeast Asia and other areas and countries. Among all the products, the main technical parameter of acidproof core rod (the ECR rod), according to the testing of authoritative department, has reached the leading level in the domestic profession, which can compete with the similar products in oversea developed countries. We also make use of our technical advantage in producing the compound insulation core rod to vigorously develop and produce silicon rubber compound insulators, which are sold to domestic big manufacturers of high-voltage switches as well as the oversea high-voltage electricity users.
