Edible gelatin is widely used in foodstuff, such as freezing meat, candy, sausage and ice cream. Our edible grade gelatin production base is composed of Islamic workshop and Jewish workshop. We can provide Halal Warrant and Jewish Warrant. The fineness of Edible gelatin normally is 5 meshes. It also can be processed in compliance with the fineness degrees of 10-120 meshes as fine as milk powder.
Medicine gelatin is mainly used in soft and hard capsules, sugar coating tablets and hemostatic sponges.
Industrial gelatin and bone glue are mainly used in ink, rubber additional stuff, craft adhesive photographic paper, cosmetic fixture and galvanoplastics liquid, wooden furniture, fish and fowl feedstuff and surface daubing material of bank note. Bone glue is widely used in emery cloth, sand paper and textile sizing, electroplated finish, wooden furniture, fabric sizing and leather glazing etc. Hot-melted Adhesives powder is mainly used in photographic paper, fixture and galvanoplastics liquid and wooden furniture. Hydrolyzed animal protein is widely used in food, medicine, daily-use cosmetic chemical, other chemicals and health-care products.
From choosing materials to the finished products, from microelement content inspection to microbe index control, we carry our HACCP Management System.
